Arrow Global Portugal is seeking an Analyst – Private Equity Origination to join the Origination Team across Whitestar, Norfin, Restart Capital and Details Hotels & Resorts. You will source, analyse and pitch opportunities, design business plans, build financial models and prepare deal memoranda while attending meetings, site visits and negotiations.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Economics (Engineering or Maths backgrounds with relevant finance experience will also be considered)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A, Advisory or Corporate Finance positions in market reputable firms
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Financial modelling skills
• Understanding finance and valuation fundamentals
• Fluency in English (C1 or above) and Portuguese – English certificate is a plus

Dueto the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Arrowintends to select:Analyst – PrivateEquity Origination. The candidate will sit within the Origination Team,covering all platforms of the Arrow Group in Portugal – Whitestar, Norfin,Restart Capital and Details Hotel & Resorts.

The Team leadsthe process of sourcing new investors and investment opportunities for thedifferent platforms of the Group and is responsible for the analysis and developmentof new business lines, namely Private Credit and Alternative Investments. The teamalso acts as an internal think tank coordinating market research andintelligence gathering and oversees debt raising for investment projects orassets requiring leverage.

The successfulcandidates will be deeply involved in the origination effort, analysing newopportunities, surveying potential sectors, producing market research, developingfinancial models and regularly attending both internal and external meetings, sitevisits and underwriting negotiations. We expect all candidates to have solid analyticalskills and a strong drive and to be attentive to detail, goal oriented and goodteam players.

Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Economics (Engineering or Maths backgrounds with relevant finance experience will also be considered);
• The following are highly valued and will be assessed:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A, Advisory or Corporate Finance positions in market reputable firms
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Financial modelling skills
• Understanding finance and valuation fundamentals
• Fluency in English (C1 or above) and Portuguese – English certificate is a plus;
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities;
• A high degree of perfectionism and attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking;
