Aubay Portugal is seeking a privacy specialist to provide day-to-day GDPR guidance and support to the Group DPO. You will track developments, translate them into practical guidance, and draft/Data Processing Agreements while advising on cross-border transfers.

Fluent English is required, with additional European languages as a strong advantage. The role includes privacy training, policy updates, and embedding privacy by design across products and services.

Qualificações

• Law degree with EU jurisdiction admission.
• Experience in data protection or privacy (4–7 years) with GDPR knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day privacy legal advice and support the Group DPO on GDPR and national data protection laws.
• Track EU and national privacy law developments and translate them into policy updates.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements and data transfer arrangements.
