Devoteam Cyber Trust, the cybersecurity specialist arm of the Devoteam Group, is seeking a privacy advisory professional to lead GDPR and data protection guidance across European markets. You will establish privacy governance, conduct DPIAs, and draft DPAs while coordinating with Legal, IT, and Risk teams.

Strong drafting, stakeholder management and leadership are essential. The role involves privacy by design, cross‑border data transfer considerations, and regulatory liaison, with opportunities

Qualificações

• Requires a Law degree and admission in an EU jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and national privacy laws in at least one EU jurisdiction.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for DPAs and data transfers.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical business guidance.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on GDPR & local privacy law across European markets; provide practical guidance.
• Maintain Privacy governance through RoPA, policies and DPIAs.
• Assess privacy risks for new technology and projects; coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Draft and negotiate Data Processing Agreements and data transfer arrangements.
• Coordinate data subject rights responses and incident handling with authorities.
• Deliver privacy training and promote a compliant culture across jurisdictions.
