Affidea Portugal is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel with experience in data protection compliance. You will report to the Iberia Legal Counsel and support Affidea Iberia, serving as contact for data protection matters in Portugal, coordinating with the DPO.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing services and confidentiality agreements, handling DPIA, data breaches, policies, trainings, and advising across civil and commercial law.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide variety of agreements for services, confidentiality and information systems.
• Provide support and advice for all functional areas in data protection.
• Implement and handle data subject rights, data breaches, security measures, DPIA and related projects.
