Pipedrive seeks a Data Protection Officer/Head of Privacy to lead and evolve our global privacy program, embedding privacy and responsible AI across products and tooling. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, Marketing and Sales to integrate privacy by design across the organization.

You will drive compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA where relevant, manage DPIAs and LIAs, and mentor the Privacy Team while engaging with data protection authorities as needed.

Qualificações

• Significant international experience in data protection and privacy within a SaaS/tech environment.
• Practical experience as a data protection officer or in a similar statutory privacy role.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and US privacy regulations incl. CCPA/CPRA.
• Experience managing privacy programs for a data processor, incl. sub-processor mgmt & data processing agreements.
• Strong understanding of AI data privacy implications.
• Experience applying Privacy by Design to software development & AI features.
• Proven program management skills: roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, change mgmt, audit readiness.
• Familiarity with ISO 27701 or other privacy certification frameworks is a plus.
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM or equivalent privacy certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-specific risks (data leakage, bias, transparency) is a plus.
• Background in data governance or MLOps/data engineering is a plus.
• Experience in CRM or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own, maintain and evolve Privacy Program end to end across the organization.
• Assist with oversight of retention & management schedule.
• Lead the Privacy Team.
• Monitor privacy compliance across locations and points of sale.
• Evaluate activities for compliance risks and controls.
• Define objectives for compliance ambitions and align with business.
• Audit privacy compliance activities and DPIAs/LIAs/TIAs as needed.
• Provide privacy guidance to product/engineering on AI features.
• Ensure Privacy by Design is embedded in SDLC and vendor due diligence.
• Be point of contact with data protection authorities and data subjects.
