Resumo da oferta
Pipedrive seeks a Data Protection Officer to lead our global privacy program and align privacy with AI across products and internal tooling. You will partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, Marketing and Sales to embed privacy into our data practices and product development.
The role requires deep GDPR/CCPA knowledge, extensive privacy program management experience, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams while maintaining privacy by design and governance across our SaaS
Qualificações
- Significant international experience in data protection and privacy within SaaS/tech.
- Practical experience as a data protection officer or in a similar privacy role.
- Deep knowledge of GDPR and US privacy regulations including CCPA/CPRA.
- Experience managing privacy programs for data processors and DPAs.
- Strong understanding of AI data usage and privacy implications.
- Experience applying Privacy by Design to software development and AI features.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and evolve Pipedrive's privacy program across the organization.
- Oversee data protection impact assessments and DPIA-related activities.
- Provide privacy consultancy to Product, Engineering and other teams.
- Ensure privacy by design across software development and AI features.
