Planck Technologies is seeking an AI Privacy Engineer / Data Protection Coordinator to ensure AI solutions comply with data protection and regulatory requirements. You will act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and Data Protection teams, translating legal requirements into technical controls.

In this hybrid role near Lisbon, you will lead DPIAs, privacy by design initiatives, and GDPR/EU AI Act compliance, while creating auditable documentation and supporting data incident

Qualificações

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of GDPR.
• Experience with DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments).
• Knowledge of Data Subject Rights.
• Experience with international data transfers.
• Technical knowledge of: LLMs; RAG; Vector Databases; AI Agents; Tool Use
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valued certifications: CIPP/E; CIPT; IAPP, ISACA, PECB, CNIL, AFNOR, BCS, or DEKRA certifications

Responsabilidades

• Lead privacy assessments for AI use cases.
• Conduct DPIAs and AI-related risk assessments.
• Implement Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Create auditable documentation and compliance evidence.
• Define mitigation measures for privacy risks.
• Coordinate data subject rights requests.
• Support data incident management in collaboration with Security teams.
• Ensure data traceability and governance in AI initiatives.

Working Model
