bridge351 is seeking a privacy-focused engineer to lead the data protection gate for AI use cases within Central AI. You will translate privacy requirements into working technical solutions, working closely with engineers, product owners, executives and country teams.

Ideal candidates hold a technical degree with an EU legal qualification or equivalent experience, have 3+ years in an international setting, and possess strong GDPR knowledge along with hands-on DPIA experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in a technical field with legal qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with GDPR and privacy risk assessments (DPIA).
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and data protection principles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI data protection gate for AI use cases within Central AI.
• Embed data protection into system design to enable compliant AI solutions.
• Maintain documentation on data flows, RoPAs, and safeguards for review.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments for AI use cases (DPIA, risk analysis).
• Define pragmatic mitigation measures with engineering teams to address risks.
• Act as bridge between engineering and data protection functions for transparency and compliance.
• Enable auditable evidence of compliance and accountability.
• Embed privacy by design across AI use cases, ensuring lawful basis and data minimization.
• Coordinate handling of data subject rights requests and readiness for incidents.
