Job summary

Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing and seeking a talented Statistical Programmer to join our Lisbon, Portugal team. You will work in clinical research, developing TLFs and ensuring CDISC/ADaM compliance for multi-site studies.

Proficiency in R is mandatory; Advanced/Expert is a plus. Experience with ADaM, TLF production, and strong data understanding are required. Familiarity with Agile ways of working and Early Development studies is advantageous.

• Strong experience as a Statistical Programmer in clinical research or pharmaceutical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Tables, Listings and Figures (TLFs) compliant with CDISC.
• Collaborate with study teams and maintain data integrity.
• Support regulatory submissions and data reviews.
• Apply Agile practices in project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Statistical Programmer within clinical research or pharmaceutical environments.
• Proficient R programming skills are mandatory; Advanced/Expert level is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with ADaM programming.
• Experience developing Tables, Listings and Figures (TLFs).
• Good understanding of clinical trial data and statistical programming processes.
• Experience working according to CDISC standards.
• Ability to work independently in complex clinical programming environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working is preferred.
• Previous experience with GSK tools and processes is a plus.
• Experience within Early Development / Early Phase clinical studies is advantageous.
