Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing and seeking a talented Study Lead Programmer (SLP) to join our clinical statistics team in Lisbon. You will lead programming efforts for Phase III studies, ensure SDTM and ADaM standards, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across national and international projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Study Lead Programmer (SLP) is mandatory.
• Experience supporting or leading Phase III clinical studies.
• Strong programming skills in R.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
• Ability to perform technical cross-verification, quality review and oversight of programming deliverables.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing other statistical programmers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to deliver against stringent timelines.
• Ability to challenge existing processes, tools and ways of working and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming efforts for Phase III studies and ensure CDISC SDTM/ADaM compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee other statistical programmers to deliver high-quality results.
• Perform cross-verification and quality reviews of programming deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
