Planet is seeking a Premium Enterprise Delivery Manager to lead large merchant implementations and premium delivery programmes from initiation to completion. You will ensure successful delivery, strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional customer experiences while driving scalable deployment outcomes.

The role requires building relationships with executive sponsors, managing risks and driving improvements across engagements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in programme delivery or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large merchant implementations and premium delivery programmes from planning through deployment.
• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Manage customer issues, risks, and escalations through to resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across engagements.
• Establish project governance, reporting, RAID management and escalations.
• Lead governance forums and executive steering committees as needed.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, finance and commercial teams for outcomes.
