Claranet Limited is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Lisbon. The role focuses on turning customer needs into technical solutions, supporting RFPs, and coordinating with Delivery to craft proposals and SoWs.

You will engage in technical meetings with clients and translate business requirements into concrete architectures leveraging cloud, security, and infrastructure expertise. Strong communication is essential, and Azure/AWS/ITIL certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• Technical experience in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Workplace (managed services).
• Ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Technical certifications are a plus (Azure, AWS, ITIL).
• Excellent technical and functional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of technical service proposals across various areas, including SoW and resource estimates;

You must have:
