Redshift Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Specialist to support customers through technical presentations, PoCs, and requirements analysis. You will translate complex security needs into effective solutions and collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Product teams.

The role emphasizes staying updated on leading security products and frameworks, participating in tender responses, and contributing to continuous improvement of our cybersecurity offerings.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, preferably in pre-sales or advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP / CISM / CEH / ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are highly valued.

Redshift is looking for a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle through technical presentations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and requirements analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and support responses to public and private tenders (RFPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Product) to design solutions that best meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our cybersecurity offerings and commercial approach.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably in pre-sales or specialized cybersecurity consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent are highly valued.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity solutions from vendors such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, Fortinet, Microsoft, Cisco, Tenable, Qualys, Recorded Future, and Checkmarx.
• Experience with Cyber Managed Services and Security Operations Center (SOC) services is highly valued.
• Ability to understand and translate both technical and business requirements into effective cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience preparing responses to RFPs, developing technical proposals, and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, AI Act, NIST, GDPR, and related regulations is considered an advantage.
