What are we looking for?

Are you an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist ready to take on new challenges? We’re looking for a skilled professional to strengthen our client’s security infrastructure, protect critical systems, and support the implementation of robust cybersecurity strategies across hybrid environments.

Job Description:

Minimum experience required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity.

It is mandatory that you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field;

• Hold at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, Fortinet NSE4, or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Experience working in hybrid environments involving on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP);

• Knowledge of security practices for IoT infrastructures;

• Advanced administration of Fortinet security solutions;

• Experience implementing Zero Trust architectures and network segmentation;

• Experience with SIEM, SOC, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management;

• Knowledge of API and mobile application security;

• Experience conducting security audits, managing security incidents, and implementing security controls;

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain security measures across on-premises and cloud environments;

• Manage and optimize Fortinet security solutions and network security architectures;

• Implement Zero Trust principles and network segmentation strategies;

• Monitor security events, support incident response, and manage vulnerabilities;

• Assess and strengthen the security of IoT infrastructures, APIs, and mobile applications;

• Conduct security audits and implement appropriate security controls;

• Ensure alignment with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture.

Working Model:

• Initially on-site in Lisbon, transitioning to a hybrid model
