Sidel in Feira, Portugal, seeks a Pre-Assembly Operator to transform technical designs into reliable conveyor systems for customers worldwide. You will perform mechanical pre-assembly, read drawings, and collaborate with production teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You should have proven experience in assembling or maintaining mechanical systems, read technical drawings with precision, and be committed to quality and safety. Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, or SAP may be a plus.

• Proven experience in the assembly or maintenance of mechanical systems within an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical documentation with precision.
• Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, MIG/TIG welding, or SAP user activities is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical pre-assembly activities including bending materials, cutting, drilling, and fitting components according to technical requirements.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and reliable assembly.
• Assemble and adjust mechanical components such as gears, chains, bearings, and shafts while maintaining high quality standards.
• Safely operate manual and power tools while following company safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and production colleagues to support on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
