Sidel is seeking a Pre-Assembly Operator to join the Manufacturing team. You will perform mechanical pre-assembly, interpret technical drawings, and assemble components with high quality, collaborating with colleagues to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in the assembly or maintenance of mechanical systems in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical documentation with precision.
• Good knowledge of mechanical components and assembly techniques related to industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, MIG/TIG welding, or SAP user activities is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical pre-assembly activities including bending materials, cutting, drilling, and fitting components according to technical requirements.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and reliable assembly.
• Assemble and adjust mechanical components such as gears, chains, bearings, and shafts while maintaining high quality standards.
• Safely operate manual and power tools while following company safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and production colleagues to support on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
