Job summary

Aubay Portugal seeks a senior software professional to lead the development of applications using Java and Spring Boot, and to guide the team towards high-quality code and best practices. You will also contribute to architectural decisions and maintain frontend Angular capabilities, while ensuring performance and scalability across systems.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with international teams in French, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular.
• Fluent French at least B2 level.
• Ability to guide a team and make sound technical decisions.

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead.
