Job summary

WW Talents seeks a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to deliver first-line B2B support for global brands. You will handle printer-related issues, software inquiries, and order processing via phone and email from a fully remote setup in Greece.

The role requires native-level Portuguese (or C1) and good English for training and internal communication. A relocation package, nesting onboarding, and ongoing training support your development.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.

Work Model: Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.

Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month) + performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Relocation Package: flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
