Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will handle Portuguese inquiries via phone and email, assist with software-related questions, and manage orders via CRM and ticketing systems.

Work remotely within Greece, with a relocation package including flight, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate coverage. Training is provided and progression is supported over 6 months.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.

Work Model: Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.

Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month) + performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Relocation Package: flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
