WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. The role is remote from Greece, handling printer-related inquiries, software issues, and orders via phone and email.

You will work with CRM and ticketing systems, maintain high customer satisfaction, and participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese with strong English for training and communications.
• Experience in customer support for B2B or enterprise clients is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.

Work Model: Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.

Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month) + performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Relocation Package: flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders
• Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
• Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
