Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to deliver first-line B2B support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order management, primarily via phone and email, in a fully remote setup based in Greece.

The role requires native-level Portuguese or C1, good English for training, and strong communication skills. You’ll join an international team with structured onboarding and ongoing development

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.

Work Model: Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.

Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month) + performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Relocation Package: flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
