WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands from Greece. You will handle printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, technical issues, and orders via phone and email.

Responsibilities include delivering professional support, documenting issues in CRM, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while working remotely in Greece with occasional flexible shifts.

Qualifications

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.

Work Model: Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.

Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month) + performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Relocation Package: flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders
