Job summary

WW Talents is hiring a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. This remote role works from Greece, handling printer software inquiries, technical issues, and orders via phone and email.

Expect 2-week nesting, structured onboarding, ongoing training, and an international environment. Salary is €1,045.72 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus a performance bonus up to 10%, with a relocation package included.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
