Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to deliver first-line B2B support for global brands. You will resolve printer and software issues, process orders, and document interactions via CRM and ticketing systems.

This remote role is based in Greece with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, and a relocation package available for candidates joining from abroad. Training is provided over 6 months with progression and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
