Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to handle first-line B2B inquiries for global brands. This remote position is based in Greece, with a 14-month compensation structure, a relocation package, and a Friday-to-Friday work schedule with occasional weekend shifts.

You will assist with printer software issues and order processing via phone and email, requiring native Portuguese and good English. Training and progression are provided within six months.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role
