Job summary

Konecta in Lisbon is hiring a Portuguese Customer Care Specialist to join a strong international team supporting a fashion brand. You will handle chat, phone, and email inquiries, providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Native Portuguese and at least C2 English are required. You will work Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 in a friendly multicultural environment with ongoing training, meal allowance, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Portuguese (C1/C2).
• At least C2 level of English, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or contact center.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email.
• Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and requests.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and activities.
