Foundever in Lisbon is hiring for a Portuguese-speaking customer service role supporting Airbnb's global community. You will handle host and guest queries, provide the best solutions, and work on-site in a multicultural, energetic team.

Requirements include native or fluent Portuguese (C2) and English (C1), strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to relocate to Lisbon if needed. Competitive wages, training, healthcare, and growth opportunities are offered.

• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; local candidate or relocation to Lisbon (onsite).

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of Portuguese (C2)

• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (work on site)
