Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese and English are essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Experience in real estate or client-support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable rental options based on client requirements and budget.
• Contact landlords and agencies by phone, email and messaging.
• Confirm availability and verify listing credibility.
• Arrange in-person or video viewings.
• Negotiate rental terms including rent, deposits and move-in dates.
• Assist clients with required documentation.
• Coordinate property and contract checks with the team.
• Keep records up-to-date and inform clients of progress.
