Job summary

Zennio is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the Lisbon region. You will promote smart home KNX solutions to homes, hotels, and buildings while representing the brand with consultants, architects, developers, and institutional clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and contribute to sustainable expansion. A proactive, results-driven mindset and prior sales experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• : Proven planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• : Excellent teamwork abilities and cooperative work style.
• : Results-driven with history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• : Prior experience in similar sales roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the sales strategy in the territory with Sales Management.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs for sustainable growth.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.
• Participate in commercial negotiations for long-term agreements.
• Manage assigned sales budget and control costs.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Represent Zennio at trade fairs and events.
• Promote brand recognition among consultants, architects and developers.
• Monitor market trends in Smart Home, Smart Building, Hospitality sectors.
• Document all commercial activity in CRM.
