A leading construction and engineering company is seeking an MEP Lead to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities for data center projects in Portugal. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in large-scale construction or data center projects, excellent leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale construction or data center projects with a strong MEP focus.
• Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, subcontractors, and supervisors.
• Propose design changes to improve cost efficiency and quality.
• Review and approve MEP design documentation and method statements.
• Monitor construction quality of workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate with contracts manager and site engineers for accurate information.
