Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is seeking an Affiliate Manager for Portugal to own and optimize Betano's affiliate portfolio and drive performance through data-led decisions. Collaborate with Marketing, BI and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment; manage relationships with partners, negotiate terms, monitor KPIs, and report on ROI.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally within iGaming or sports betting.
• Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.
• Strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing models (CPA, RevShare, and hybrid).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into commercial decisions.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese regulatory landscape (SRIJ) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize Betano's affiliate portfolio in Portugal, maintaining market-leading performance.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with an established base of affiliate partners, as their primary contact.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance to maximize ROI, revenue, and traffic quality.
• Review and renegotiate commercial terms, commissions, and incentives to stay competitive.
• Track and report on affiliate KPIs (CPA, NGR, ROI, LTV, conversions, clicks) with regular reports.
• Identify underperforming partners, growth opportunities, and portfolio optimization areas.
• Manage affiliate tracking platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards for data accuracy.
• Onboard new partners selectively when they add incremental value.
• Monitor regulatory developments in Portuguese iGaming and affiliate ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Country Manager, Marketing, BI, and Compliance to align with commercial objectives.
