You will contribute to reconciliations, risk management, and process improvements while maintaining strong English communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Hands-on approach with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex matters independently.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing & Reconciliations: daily processing and reconciliation of transactions across asset classes.
• Bank Account Oversight: daily bank account reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Interaction: investigate discrepancies and respond to fund managers, custodians, brokers.
• Risk Management & Escalation: identify items and escalate as needed.
• NAV & Accounting Support: assist NAV calculations and accounting records integrity.
• Compliance & Controls: adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Process Improvement: contribute to automation and standardization within the team.
• Cross-Location Collaboration: work with Porto and Germany teams.
