Job summary

ASPORTO in Porto, Portugal is seeking Junior Specialists to join our Middle Office Services team. You will participate in the daily processing of commission and cash-related operations, and support invoice processing, reconciliations, and client service.

This role offers exposure to international stakeholders and growth within an investment operations environment on a nearshoring platform. Fluency in English and a finance-related degree are requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle time pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily processing of commission and cash-related operations, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Participate in daily processing of various invoice types.
• Assist in investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks and ensuring internal controls.
• Deliver excellent client service and support process improvement initiatives.
• Manage internal and external queries with clear, timely communication.
