The Career Nest is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a car rental division in Porto, Portugal. This 6-month, on-site role requires native or excellent French and English language skills and a customer-focused mindset to deliver outstanding service across phone, email, and messaging channels.

The compensation includes €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus meal allowance and relocation support with shared accommodation for up to 12 months. Interviews are underway.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ year in customer service or contact center.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer care via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Handle post-rental resolutions including billing questions and damage reports.
• Highlight relevant optional products and tailored mobility services to meet client needs.
