Adecco Recruitment is seeking a Legal Contract Manager to join its Porto SSC operation. You will provide full contractual and administrative support with legal expertise for global client accounts, leading contract governance and change control processes.

Qualificações

• 2 years experience in legal and contract management support.
• Strong contract review and drafting skills.
• Experience with commercial contracts in multi-country jurisdiction environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement with local Legal Counsels.
• Advise and train wider teams on contractual requirements to increase compliance and profitability.
• Prepare and present contract trainings across the account.
• Implement the contractual governance, change control procedures and maintain accurate logs.
• Draft contractual caveats / give recommendations after risk evaluation to proceed with changes.
• Ensure the right approval channel for contractual changes based on delegations and change control procedures.
• Participate in governance meetings with the Client and the Central Account Team.
• Ensure consistency with contract management tools (Excel trackers, EQMS, etc.) and procedures for global accounts.
• Ensure that contracts and contractual deliverables are in place.
• Monitor contract compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with regional and country teams on change control documents.
• Participate in risk assessments with SMEs at Account and Group levels.
