Universal Kraft group is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our international team in Porto. You will provide essential legal support across the full project lifecycle, from permitting to execution, helping to ensure regulatory compliance and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong academic background and up to 5 years of experience, with excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills in Portuguese and English, and the ability to collaborate across global teams

Qualificações

• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Autonomy and concise decision-making abilities.
• Understanding privacy, data protection and information security.
• Sound knowledge of law and legal systems.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-project management.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage legal operations for a group of companies in an international organisation.
• Negotiate global commercial transactions, including sales and partnerships.
• Advise stakeholders on contract risks and ensure compliant agreements.
• Develop and streamline the contracting process with internal clients.
• Support a fast-growing global company across time zones.
