Sodexo is seeking a Legal Contract Manager to provide end-to-end contract management and legal support for global accounts from its SBS unit in Portugal. The role involves drafting local agreements under master frameworks, guiding teams on contract requirements, and overseeing governance and change-control processes.

Experience in multi-country environments, strong drafting skills, and fluency in English are essential.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years experience in legal and contract management support.
• Paralegal or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Experience with commercial contracts in multi-country jurisdiction environment.
• Strong contract review and drafting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adjust to different stakeholders.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Fluent in English; second language (Spanish) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full range of contractual and admin support for global client accounts.
• Lead the contractual change process and maintain contract management tools.
• Advise and train teams on contract requirements to increase compliance and profitability.
• Prepare and present contract trainings across the account.
• Ensure contract governance and change control procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with regional and country teams on change documents and sign-off.
• Maintain consistency with contract management tools and procedures.
