Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
• 5-8 years of experience in PMO environments, project controls, corporate performance management, business analysis, project reporting or management consulting.
• Portuguese and English language capabilities.
• Experience managing multi-country operations and consolidated reporting.
• Proven ERP implementation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain integrated company and project schedules, monitoring milestones, deliverables and critical path activities.
• Track progress against approved plans, identifying schedule slippages and escalation requirements.
• Track departmental and individual deliverables and monitor KPI achievement against approved targets.
• Maintain performance dashboards and support productivity monitoring initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, including support for executive and board reporting.
• Maintain action registers and decision logs, monitoring closure of management actions.
• Maintain centralized document repositories, ensuring proper version control and document accessibility.
• Support implementation of knowledge management systems and maintain lessons learned and project archives.
• Identify inefficiencies and reporting gaps, improving workflow and reporting processes.
• Standardize templates and procedures, and support automation initiatives.
• Follow up with departmental managers regarding deliverables and facilitate reporting cycles.
• Coordinate information requests and maintain communication between departments.

Luso Global Mining is a Mota-Engil Group company focused on the development and operation of mining projects, with a strategic presence in Africa. LGM is currently developing an iron ore mining project in Cameroon, based on a Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) model, with an integrated mine-to-port value chain. The project is expected to operate under a contract mining model, with specialised contractors responsible for mining activities while LGM retains strategic, technical, commercial and operational oversight.

Role Description

The PMO & Performance Analyst would report to the CEO and the Natural Resources Business Head, and act as a second line in ensuring management of project schedules, activity schedules.

The PMO & Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting the effective planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of organizational and project activities. The role serves as a central point for tracking key deliverables, monitoring performance against plans, maintaining integrated schedules, and ensuring management has accurate and timely information to support decision-making.

The position assists in establishing and maintaining project management, reporting, governance, and knowledge management systems that improve accountability, workforce productivity, information accessibility, and organizational effectiveness. Working across all departments, the Analyst helps ensure that strategic priorities, project milestones, and operational commitments are translated into measurable actions and delivered on schedule.

Experience & Qualifications
