Luso Global Mining, a Mota-Engil Group company, seeks a Director - Finance to lead the financial function across LGM and its mining projects. Reporting to the CEO with an interface to the Group CFO, you will establish governance, reporting, planning, treasury and control frameworks to support the asset lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading finance functions in mining, natural resources, or project-based industries.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and governance experience.
• Experience with multi-country operations and project entities.
• ERP implementation experience and finance transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership of the finance function across LGM and project entities.
• Establish robust governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks aligned with Mota-Engil Group.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for strategic decisions.
• Oversee cash management, treasury, funding needs, and financial risk management.
• Ensure timely financial and management reporting, including consolidated and statutory reporting.
• Support project development, financing, and capital allocation decisions.
• Oversee financial performance of investments and SPVs, including JV structures.
• Drive ERP implementation and continuous improvement of finance systems.
• Advise the CEO, senior management, and Board on financial strategy.
