A KCS IT procura um PMO Senior com 6+ anos de experiência para atuar em modelo híbrido em Porto, Portugal. O/a candidato/a ideal terá experiência em SAP/ERP, gestão de risco, controlo orçamental e coordenação de equipas multidisciplinares, com fluência em inglês e português.

• Experiência em PMO de pelo menos 6 anos.
• Experiência anterior gerindo projetos/programas SAP/ERP.
• Experiência em ambientes de projeto complexos e internacionais.
• Coordenação/gestão de equipas multidisciplinares.
• Gestão de risco, gestão de problemas e escalonamento.
• Gestão orçamental e controlo financeiro em projetos.
• Gestão de stakeholders, incluindo gestão com direção sênior.
• Trabalho com fornecedores/partners externos.
• Favorável experiência em transformação SAP de grande dimensão ou SAP S/4HANA.

We are looking for an Amazing: PMO Seniority: Senior-level (6+ years) Type of position: Hybrid model in Porto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have:

• Solid professional experience in PMO for at least 6 years.
• Previous experience managing SAP / ERP-related projects or programs.
• Experience working in complex and international project environments.
• Proven experience coordinating and/or managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience in Risk Management, Issue Management and Escalation Management.
• Experience with budget management and financial control within projects/programs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills, including interaction with senior management.
• Experience working with external vendors, suppliers and partners.
• Previous exposure to Procurement / supplier management is highly valued.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Fluent in Portuguese is required.
• Nice to Have Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or other SAP ERP environments.
