Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to oversee complex implementations from planning through delivery. Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and alignment between business and technical teams. Strong knowledge of delivery governance, project planning, risk management, and issue resolution. Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage dependencies across complex project environments. Experience managing project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Experience in European project environments is highly valued.
