Job summary

The Keenfinity Group seeks a Platform Owner for IT Support, ITSM and the ServiceNow platform to drive governance, service delivery, and platform enhancements on a global scale. You will own the global IT Service Desk and ServiceNow roadmap, coordinating with business stakeholders and offshore partners to ensure value delivery.

Collaborating with IT teams, you will translate business requirements into effective service management solutions and oversee vendor performance to sustain high quality

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification (certified administrator).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• 5+ years Product Owner / ITSM leadership experience.
• Experience managing offshore sourcing vendors.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the global IT Service Desk, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement.
• Own ServiceNow Product & Platform, drive roadmap and governance; perform minor admin/configuration as needed.
• Manage ITIL-based ITSM processes to align with business needs and benefits.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage offshore supplier and development team via SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Own IT Support services, ITSM processes and the ServiceNow platform to drive standardized, efficient and scalable service delivery.

• Own and govern the global IT Service Desk, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Own ServiceNow Product & Platform to drive the roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform. When needed perform minor ServiceNow admin/configuration activities.
• Manage and improve ITIL-based ITSM processes to match the context of the company needs with focus on business benefits.
• Translate business requirements into solutions by collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective service management capabilities and ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage and govern an offshore supplier and development team, via SLAs, KPIs, roadmap and service reviews and secure continuous improvement initiatives.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
