Keenfinity Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead ITSM and the ServiceNow platform, driving standardized, efficient service delivery across the organization.

You will own the global IT Service Desk and the platform roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams, and oversee offshore vendors to ensure continuous improvement and value realization.

Qualifications

• CSA certification is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• 5+ years as Product Owner or ITSM leadership experience.
• Experience managing offshore sourcing vendors.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Excellent English communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern the global IT Service Desk for quality and continuous improvement.
• Own ServiceNow Product & Platform, drive roadmap, governance and improvements; perform minor admin/config tasks as needed.
• Lead ITSM processes (ITIL-based) and tailor to business needs for measurable benefits.
• Translate business requirements into ITSM solutions with stakeholders, IT teams and partners.
• Manage offshore supplier and development team via SLAs, KPIs, and regular reviews for ongoing improvements.

Job Description

Own IT Support services, ITSM processes and the ServiceNow platform to drive standardized, efficient and scalable service delivery.

• Own and govern the global IT Service Desk, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Own ServiceNow Product & Platform to drive the roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform. When needed perform minor ServiceNow admin/configuration activities.
• Manage and improve ITIL-based ITSM processes to match the context of the company needs with focus on business benefits.
• Translate business requirements into solutions by collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective service management capabilities and ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage and govern an offshore supplier and development team, via SLAs, KPIs, roadmap and service reviews and secure continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITIL Foundation
• 5+ years Product Owner / ITSM leadership experience
• Experience managing offshore sourcing vendors
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management
• Excellent English communication skills
