CSG is seeking a Platform Engineer I to join the DPM Operations team. You will support AWS Cloud infrastructure and assist in security audits while installing and upgrading DPM products on our SaaS platform. The role includes 24/7 on-call duties, documentation, and cross-team collaboration from Portugal (Remote).

Qualificações

• Experience configuring, managing and upgrading servers and software.
• Knowledge of database applications (Oracle) and Web Services (REST).
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory or related services).
• Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• DPM Product installation and configuration.
• Troubleshoot Platform errors.
• Assist with bug fixes for DPM Applications.
• Monitor DPM solutions’ function and performance.
• Automate and document Platform Engineer processes.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams.
• Install, configure, and upgrade third‑party/open-source solutions.
• Bi-weekly off-hour maintenance within the maintenance window.
