Unknown leads an international SaaS technology organisation to hire a Senior Platform DevOps Engineer who will shape cloud platforms and the developer experience for a suite of business-critical SaaS products used worldwide.

You will design scalable platform engineering solutions, build an Internal Developer Platform, and drive CI/CD automation while ensuring observability, security, and cost optimisation across Kubernetes-based cloud environments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage, Crossplane or similar).
• Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and modern observability practices.
• DevSecOps, policy-as-code, secrets management and compliance automation.
• Platform governance, DORA metrics and developer productivity initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

We're partnering with a leading international SaaS technology organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Platform DevOps Engineer to join their growing Platform Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the cloud platforms and developer experience that support a suite of business-critical SaaS products used by thousands of organisations worldwide.

The Role

As a Senior Platform DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in building, evolving, and supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms. Working closely with Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product teams, you'll help drive automation, platform standardisation, and cloud-native best practices.

You'll have the opportunity to influence platform strategy, improve developer productivity, and contribute to the evolution of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing scalable platform engineering solutions
• Building and evolving an Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
• Developing Golden Paths, reusable templates, and self-service developer capabilities
• Defining and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Designing and operating Kubernetes-based cloud platforms
• Managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

You’ll ideally have experience with:

• 8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
• GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Terraform and Infrastructure as CodeInternal Developer Platforms (Backstage, Crossplane or similar)
• Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and modern observability practices
• DevSecOps, policy-as-code, secrets management and compliance automation
