Job summary

Logoplaste is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Mealhada plant, ensuring peak efficiency of facilities and machinery, and steering preventive maintenance programs. You will lead a maintenance team, manage budgets, and liaise with cross-functional partners to sustain high production performance.

Fluent Portuguese and English are required, with a strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus PLC programming know-how.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to program PLCs and troubleshoot automation.
• Proven track record of leading maintenance teams.
