Job summary

CTR/Hayco, a multinational manufacturing company, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance function in Portugal. You will drive reliability, availability, and performance of site equipment and utilities, and develop the maintenance team for future succession.

Responsibilities include planning preventive and corrective work, improving MTBF/MTTR, managing OPEX and spares, and supporting CAPEX projects with technical evaluations and handover to Operations. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team development experience.
• Proven ability to plan and optimize maintenance programs.
• Excellent command of English is required.
