You will work within the PLG framework, collaborating with the Personalisation Lead and cross-functional teams to drive business value.

Qualificações

Proven ability to meticulously configure, launch, and monitor personalisation initiatives.
Experience with PLG principles and growth frameworks.
Strong communication with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

Execute day-to-day operations for the global personalisation roadmap.
Identify and execute high-impact personalisation opportunities with the Personalisation Lead.
Track ROI of personalisation efforts and prepare performance reports.
