Overview

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Personal Trainer you will be responsible for creating customized fitness plans and providing one‑on‑one training sessions for clients of all fitness levels. You must have a strong understanding of exercise techniques, nutrition and health management to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Additionally you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized fitness plans based on clients' goals, abilities and medical history.
• Conduct one‑on‑one training sessions with clients while ensuring proper form and technique.
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits.
• Monitor clients' progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients stay on track with their fitness goals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques and research related to personal training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition and health management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Accommodation in Lisbon preferred.
