Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any health concerns.
• Design personalized workout plans based on client's individual needs and goals.
• Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications when necessary.
• Monitor progress of clients and make adjustments to their program as needed.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition to support their fitness journey.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times.
